First, expect to see much more emphasis on measurable outcomes rather than deployment metrics. Organizations that spent 2025 experimenting will increasingly ask “What did this actually achieve?” and demand concrete answers.

Second, the market will likely develop better mechanisms for quality differentiation. The current challenge of distinguishing valuable AI applications from digital noise will drive demand for evaluation frameworks, certification processes, and reputation systems.

Third, we’ll probably see consolidation around AI tools that enhance rather than replace human judgment. The most successful applications won’t be the ones that promise to eliminate expertise, but the ones that make genuine expertise more scalable and effective.
